The Philippine Air Force project brings a more deliberate planted character to an operational institutional setting in Air Force City, Clark. The landscape organizes green space around the site's existing buildings and circulation.

Across approximately 132 square metres, the work focuses on clear edges, durable planting, and an orderly presentation suited to a public-sector environment. It reflects Tallman's ability to deliver within formal sites as well as private properties.
